for those of you who want to learn the secrets behind the subtle yet sumptuous cooking method practiced by Buddhist monks in Japan.

  • Ingredients & Tools to make your own Shojin Course Meal. 

Your schedule will look like this |

  • 15mins - A brief tour of the temple and explanation of the Shojin Cuisine.
  • 120min - Cooking 3 different dishes which will be accompanied by handmade pickles, miso soup, and clay pot cooked rice.
